Keds® Rings NYSE Opening Bell® on Feb. 4 to Highlight Launch of Largest Global Multimedia Campaign in Brand’s History
Fashion lifestyle brand, Keds, led by President Rick Blackshaw and members of the company’s leadership team, will visit the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and ring The Opening Bell® to highlight the launch of the largest global multimedia campaign in the brand’s history, as well as their all-new Brave Life Project™. The campaign, starring Taylor Swift, includes traditional elements like print advertising and social media, as well as a brand new, long-term charitable component, online community, and grant giving program.
Brave Life Project™ is a pioneering new program created in partnership with the internationally recognized nonprofit Girls Leadership Institute. Together, they will encourage girls to take positive risks, develop practical skills, and build supportive networks through an educational toolkit series covering topics related to self-esteem, relationships, and personal growth; a summit that will bring together female industry and nonprofit leaders; and a commitment from Keds® to invest $150,000 in dream-fulfilling grants to be distributed throughout 2014.
