Daw Aung San Suu Kyi of Burma, who won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1991 for her work promoting international human rights and democratic government, will present a public address at Yale on Thursday, Sept. 27. Her talk, which is sponsored by the Chubb Fellowship at Yale, will take place 11:30 a.m. to 12:50 p.m.
