Livestream Premium 99.9% Service Level Agreement

Livestream Premium channels are covered by our 99.9% uptime guarantee as defined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). If we do not meet our 99.9% uptime commitment in a month, we will provide you with a service credit.

Email Support

All Livestream producers have unlimited email access to our knowledgeable support staff. Premium plan subscribers have a guaranteed email response time of 4 hours or less for any issue. Free plan subscribers will receive a response within 16 hours of an initial request. Email us at support@livestream.com.
