Joseph Cirincione, the President of Ploughshares Fund, will speak in the Irvine Auditorium on the topic of “Nonproliferation Challenges of Old and New.” His talk is part of the fourth annual Global Problems and Solutions Colloquium hosted by the Monterey Institute and the Graduate School of International Policy & Management. The theme for this year’s series is “Evolving Global Security Challenges: From Traditional to Nontraditional Security Challenges.”
