The Pepperdine Law Review and Tax Analysts are pleased to invite you to a symposium discussing Tax Advice for the Second Obama Administration. Coinciding with inauguration weekend, the symposium will feature four panel discussions with a variety of prominent and well-known scholars and practitioners who will discuss how the tax code may change during the next four years. The symposium will also feature a keynote address by Columbia Law School's Michael Graetz and a luncheon address by David Cay Johnston, an investigative journalist and author and winner of the 2001 Pulitzer Prize. This symposium has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit by the State Bar of California for 6.5 credit hours. Pepperdine University School of Law certifies that this activity conforms to the standards for approved education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing minimum continuing legal education.
