Pepperdine University's Technology and Learning Faculty Conference is a special event where professors from all five schools share their experience and successes using technology in the curriculum. It's a great way for professors to learn from their peers and join in discussion and fellowship with one another. This year, we're excited to announce Dr. Michelle Miller of Northern Arizona University as our keynote speaker. Dr. Miller is a cognitive psychologist and professor from Northern Arizona University (NAU). Her academic specialties include working memory and memory encoding, which she has combined with technology-enhanced pedagogy to investigate ways to make teaching more effective. Dr. Miller's keynote address is titled "Design for the Mind: What Cognitive Psychology Tells Us About Teaching with Technology."
