Jay has had huge experience in the biz, as the Co-founded IRS Records signing bands such as REM, English Beat, Go-Go's, Cramps, Wall of Voodoo and Fine Young Cannibals (1979-1993) He was President of Universal Music Publishing (1993-1994), President of MCA Records guiding bands such as Sublime, Mary J Blige, Blink 182, Sigur Ros & New Radicals (1994-2004), Founder & Chairman of Liberation Entertainment: independent film & television company (2005-2010) and now Chairman of Isolation Networks: INgrooves & INscribe: technology companies providing digital delivery solutions.
