Further, Livestream shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of revenue, profit or use, arising out of a breach of this warranty or in connection with the sale, maintenance, use, operation or repair of any Livestream product. In no event will Livestream be liable for any amount greater than the purchase price of a defective product. The disclaimers of liability included in this Paragraph shall remain in effect and shall continue to be enforceable in the event that any remedy herein shall fail of its essential purpose.

Although Livestream has used reasonable efforts to accurately illustrate and describe its products, such illustrations and descriptions are for the sole purpose of product identification and do not express or imply a warranty or affirmation of fact, of any kind, or a warranty or affirmation of fact that the products will conform to their respective illustrations or descriptions. All products are sold "as is" and Livestream expressly disclaims any warranty or affirmation of fact, express or implied, other than as set forth in the limited warranty statement above, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
