After fronting the Sex Pistols John Lydon formed post-punk originators Public Image Ltd in 1978. “PiL” continued until 1992 with an ever-changing line-up and unique sound which saw them fuse Rock, Dance, Folk, Pop and Dub. Widely regarded as one of the most innovative bands of all time their music and vision earned them 5 UK Top 20 Singles and 5 UK Top 20 Albums. John Lydon resurrected the band in 2009 together with former members Lu Edmonds (Guitar & Misc) and Bruce Smith (Drums), plus 2009 recruit Scott Firth (Bass).
