The Office of Acquisition and Property Management is hosting a financial assistance (grants and cooperative agreements) town hall meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Office of Management and Budget recently published new guidance that significantly reforms and strengthens Federal grant-making by streamlining eight Federal regulations into a single, comprehensive policy guide Staff will openly discuss the major policy changes in the new guidance, OMB Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (2 C.F.R. 200).
